Bay Tower Business Development Advisory was formed in 2014 to provide advice and support to entrepreneurs and businesses starting new ventures or expanding existing operations in multiple industries with an international approach.
Our Managing Directors get personally involved contributing their industry and business knowledge in each project.
Gerardo Schlossberg
Gerardo Schlossberg is a co-founder and Managing Director of the firm. He holds an Engineering Degree from the Argentine Catholic University, Buenos Aires and a Master´s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York.
For over 30 years Gerardo has assisted entrepreneurs and businesses with start-ups, growth projects and international expansions in the food and beverage, media, beauty and electrical equipment industries. He has worked in projects in Latin and North America, Europe and Asia.
Gerardo is also an accomplished classical pianist and skilled seaman.
Gustavo M. Schlossberg
Gustavo Mirko Schlossberg is a co-founder and Director of the firm. He holds a Degree in Law from the University of Buenos Aires and a Juris Doctor Degree in Law from New York University School of Law, New York.
With a solid experience in the business, legal, financial and organizational aspects of new ventures and established companies, Mirko has specialized in media and real estate projects in Latin and North America and Europe.
In his leisure time, Mirko is an avid golfer and skier.
